How do I order a product?
The order can be placed easily and quickly, directly on the site. Simply add the selected product to the shopping cart and then follow the instructions.
Payment
What are the accepted payment methods?
When making a purchase, you have the option to make a payment by bank transfer directly to our account or use the world's most popular payment systems.
VAT
Prices quoted are in euros. Both the net price and the gross price of the product (including 23% VAT) are listed. Products in the shopping cart are calculated according to gross prices (include VAT 23%). It is possible to purchase at net prices (without VAT) for companies from the area of European Union countries with a valid European VAT number and all customers outside the European Union. Can I apply for financing or leasing?
Currently, we do not make installment purchases available.
Delivery
The time limit for delivery of the Product to the Customer is up to 45 Business Days, unless a shorter time limit is specified in the description of the Product in question or in the course of placing the Order. In the case of Products with different delivery dates, the delivery date shall be the longest date given, which, however, shall not exceed 45 Business Days. The beginning of the period for delivery of the Product to the Customer is calculated from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or checking account.
What are the delivery costs?
- After adding your address information, the store will automatically calculate shipping costs depending on the country of delivery and the types of products ordered.
- For delivery to other countries, the costs depend on the country, the type of transport (sea / road / air) and delivery conditions. We regularly deliver shipments to the remotest corners of the world. It will take no more than 2 business days to quote the cost of transporting your shipment. Contact us.
Warranty

Model fit
For information on whether the product fits your car model, see the product description. However, since cars in different markets are not always offered at the same time and in different specifications, if in doubt, please send us photos of the car so that we can confirm the compatibility of the product with the vehicle. Assembly
The vast majority of products can be installed by the customer himself. Along with the product, we provide installation instructions and an assembly kit, if necessary. In many cases, however, we suggest using professional installation companies. Some products are only available with the option of installation at our site.
